Die Mitteldentsche Bodenkredit-Anstalt schuldet dem Inhaber dieses Gold-Hypothekeupfandbriefs den amtlich festgestellten Preis für 35.842 GRAMS OF FINE GOLD/71.684 GRAMS OF FINE GOLD/179.21 GRAMS OF FINE GOLD/358.42 GRAMS FINE GOLD/716,84 GRAMS FINE GOLD entsprechend dem Wertverhältnis nach dem Münzgesets vom 30. August 1924 gleich 100 GOLDMARKS/200 GOLDMARKS/500 GOLDMARKS/1.000 GOLDMARKS/2.000 GOLDMARKS/in deutscher Währung, versinslich su fährlich 8 % Die Zinsen sind am 1. April und 1. Oktober jeden Jahres zahlbar. Der Inhaber kann Miesen Gold-Elypothekenpfandbrief nicht kündigen. Die Mitteldeutsche Bodenkredit-Anstalt zahlt die darin verbriefte Sumize drei Monate nach Kündigung oder Auslosuns curiose Fine Rückzahlung vor dem 30. September 1935 ist ausgeschlossen. Sie maß big zum 30. September 1958 beendet sein. Die gekündigten oder gelosten Nummeru, de Fälligkeitstermin und die Einlösungsstellen werden in Deutsohen Reichsanzeiger bekanntgemacht.
Als amtlich festgestellter- Preis für Feingold gilt der im Reichsanzeigerbekanntgegebene Londoner Goldpreis.Die Umrechnung in die deutsche Währung erfolgt nach dem Mittelkurse der Berliner Börse auf Grund der letzten amtlichen Notierung vor dem dem Fälligkeitstage voraufgehenden Monatsersten. Ergibt sich aus der Umrechnung fur das Kilogramm Feingold ein Preis von nicht mehr als 2820 R.M und nicht weniger als 2760 R.M, 80 ist für ¡ede geschuldete Goldmark eine Reichsmark in gesetzlichen Zahlungsmitteln zu zahlen.
Nach § 137 des Landesgesetzes für das Fürstentum Reuß a. L. rom 26. Oktober 1899 sowie nach $ 137 der Ausführungsverordnung zum Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch vom 16. Mai1923 (GesetzsammlungfürThüringen1923 Nr.31 kann die verzinslicheAnlegung von Geldern Bevormundeter in Pfandbriefen der unterzeichneten Anstalt erfolgen.
ENGLISH TEXT OF THE BOND:
The Mitteldeutsche Bodenkredit-Anstalt hereby promises and agrees to pay to the bearer of this Gold Mortgage Bond the value of
35.842 GRAMS OF FINE GOLD/71.684 GRAMS OF FINE GOLD/179.21 GRAMS OF FINE GOLD/358.42 GRAMS FINE GOLD/716,84 GRAMS FINE GOLD as officially fixed in the manner hereinafter mentioned. which sum according to the Germany Currency Law of August 30** 1924 is equivalent to
100 GOLDMARKS/200 GOLDMARKS/500 GOLDMARKS/1.000 GOLDMARKS/2.000 GOLDMARKS/ in German Currency together with interest at the rate of 8% per annum payable in two installments on the 1 st day of April and the 1-t day of October of each year, The holder of this Gold Mortgage Bond cannot demand redemption of the same. The Mitteldeutsche Bodenkredit-Anstalt has the right of redeeming this bond three months after call or after it has been drawn by lot. It cannot be redeemed before the 30* day of September 1935. The redemption has to be finished until the 30% day of September 1958. The numbers of the bonds called or drawn and the time and places of payment of the same will be published in the Deutscher Reichsanzeiger. The LONDON PRICE OF GOLD aspublishedin the Reichsanzeiger shall be regarded as the officially fixed value of fine Gold The conversion in German currency shallbemate according to the middle rate of exchane of the Berlin Exchange as last officially quoted before the first day of such month in which payment is due. If aprice of not more than 2820 R.M and not less than 2760 R.N for one kilogram of fine gold results from such calculation, ne Reichsmark in lawful money shall be paid for each gold mark due. According to S 137 of the state law of the Principality of Reuß à. L. of Öctober 264 1899 as well as according to $ 137 of the Supplementary Regulations to the Civil Code of May 164, 1923 (Official Gazette for Thuringia 1923 no. 31) the property of persons under guardianship may be invested in the bonds of the undersigned bank.
