Nel 1921 fece gruppo di interesse con le opere di Daimler e Fiat. In seguito ribattezzata Austro-Daimler Puchwerke AG. Nel 1934 fusione con Steyr-Werke AG, fondata nel 1869, per formare Steyr-Daimler-Puch AG. La società esiste ancora oggi, producendo principalmente per BMW.
